In her current post at Cytel Inc. (Waltham MA) Dr. Esha Senchaudhuri is responsible for scientific content production across five business units of a life sciences company, managing a team of writers located in Asia, Europe and the United States and assisting with US and European content dissemination and amplification.

Esha has wide experience in outreach and liaison with foundations and government units dealing with scholarship programs on issues related to women and conflict zones, violence against women, democratic dialogue and international aid, as well as conducting research in these areas.

Esha has been Staff Lead and Special Getty Rapporteur at The Protection of Heritage in Conflict Zones (Getty Funded). Among her many achievements in this role she crafted a preliminary discussion paper and outcomes paper for an international symposium bringing together members of the UN Security Council, UNESCO and the ICC with leadership of museums like the Smithsonian, the Russian State Hermitage, and the Pergamum in Berlin to discuss the protection of immovable heritage (e.g. architectural, archaeological) in war zones.
