Penalties – Suspension of operations
Without prejudice to other measures, UWC Buenos Aires may suspend or temporarily or permanently disable the account of a user or publication and initiate actions deemed appropriate in the case of (a) infringement of any law or Terms and Conditions; (b) breach of commitments as a Member; (c) in the opinion of UWC Buenos Aires the user/visitor has incurred in malicious conduct or fraudulent acts; or (c) inability to identify the IP address of the user or any information provided by the same.
System failures
UWC Buenos Aires is not responsible for any damage, harm or loss to the user or visitor caused by flaws in the system, server, or the Internet. UWC Buenos Aires will not be responsible for any virus that may infect the user’s computer as a result of access, use, or examination of its website or upon any transfer of data, files, images, text, or audio contained therein. Users cannot impute any responsibility or demand payment for lost profits, under loss resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or the Internet. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising under this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or compliance will be submitted to arbitration by the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration, in accordance with existing regulations of the court. The seat of the arbitration shall be the City of Buenos Aires and procedures will be conducted in the Spanish language.
