UWC Application Steps

Once you have learned about who we are and what we do, we would be delighted to receive your application materials for consideration. There are two simple steps to apply:

STEP ONE:

Email the following two items to membership@uwcba.org with your full name and “UWC Membership Application” in the subject:

  1. copy of your diploma, transcript, degree certificate, or other documentation to demonstrate that you have completed at least two years of study at a university, college, or accredited institution of higher learning

  2. photo of yourself (for future publication in our monthly bulletin)

STEP TWO:

Complete the following application form with your contact details, educational and professional background, and additional information about you.
