Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held virtually on our Zoom platform.

As announced at the October virtual luncheon meeting, moving forward in the virtual age calls for the introduction of some minor amendments in our Constitution and By-Laws to reflect our face on the website and our current practice. The amendments to be put to the vote at our November 23rd AGM meeting specifically address committee changes, for instance the incorporation of a Technology Committee and the renaming of the Study Groups Committee as Activities Committee.

We shall also be voting on the slate of officers put forward by the Nominating Committee:

Please remember if you would like to nominate a UWC member for one of the positions who you feel has leadership qualities and would be an asset to the UWC board you may suggest her name at this time (with her consent).
