Diana holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Córdoba in Argentina and an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain. After her MBA, in 1987 she led the MBA program at Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA). She has attended various executive courses at Yale, Notre Dame University, Columbia University and Darden Graduate School. She is currently a full-time professor of Finance at UCEMA and has been Dean of Institutional Relations at the university since 2006.
Diana has served as independent board member/Director at several banks in Argentina as well as at Pampa Energía and Loma Negra Companía Industrial S.A. She participates in two NGOs: Buenos Aires Food Bank and FAME, a network for the advancement of women. She continuously publishes in the media on topics related to her areas of expertise and is a speaker at various international conferences. She has authored a book on Finance: Finanzas para Empresas competitivas.
Before re-joining UCEMA, Diana was Latin American Regional Head for Standard & Poor’s based in New York and before that she founded –and later sold- Risk Analysis, a company with strong involvement in the development of capital markets in Argentina.
