The book selected for this meeting is Night Music by Jojo Moyes. It is a very attractive story revolving around an old mansión on a large estate. It is coveted by several different people who all wish to acquire it upon the death of the aged owner. The lot falls unexpectedly upon a classical violinist and her two children.

To quote a review by “Cosmopolitan” on another of her books, “The genius of Moyes … is that (she) peers deftly into class issues, social mores and complicated relationships that raise as many questions as they answer.”
