During September and October the orchestra was fortunately able to renew its in-person rehearsals, to the delight of the musicians, who were keen to be able to return to practising together on a regular basis. The rehearsals took place sometimes at the premises generously offered by Azul Garcia Uriburu, a friend of the orchestra since 2019, at the Casita Azulado in Pasaje Bollini and sometimes at the AACI, where Josefina Roulliet, the current Director, is delighted to continue welcoming the orchestra.

On November 11th the Orquesta de los Barrios has been invited to play during the Fair to be held in the Casita Azulado, Pasaje Bollini 2260, starting at 6pm. UWC members and friends are all cordially invited. No reservations necessary. Enjoy the open air fair.

And then of course we shall be welcoming the Orquesta de los Barrios as they play at our in-person November 16th end-of-year musical event in the foyer of the AACI, Sarmiento 1333 at 5.30 pm.
