Rosemary Catalocos, Poet Laureate of Greek ancestry and Naomi Nye, Poet Laureate of Palestinian ancestry, exemplify the topic of this year´s Lit Webinar Series: they broke the `rules` with their daring themes challenging the status quo of American Letters with unique poetry.

We will conclude with a review looking back on how Edna St. Vincent Milay, Sylvia Plath, Maya Angelou and these two revolutionized both poetry and the image of women in America.
