Leadership and Organization Post Pandemic

Below is the recording of the presentation of Dr Andrés Hatum:

The pandemic has caused economic disruption around the world and there will be no return to business as usual. Although digital transformation has been a lifeline for many organizations and working from home has been a solution for many individuals during this period, now comes the time to look beyond the crisis and re-evaluate the path forward. Our speaker will be addressing some of the crucial issues defining what post-pandemic normal might look like.

Dr. Hatum graduated in Political Science at the Catholic University in Buenos Aires (UCA), achieved an Executive MBA at the IAE Business School, Universidad Austral, and went on to do his PhD in Management & Organization at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, in the UK. He currently teaches Management & Organization at the Business School of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. His academic research focuses on organizational flexibility, change and creativity, talent management and career development.

In addition to his academic experience as Chair of the IAE Business School Dr. Hatum has been a visiting professor at prestigious institutions in Spain, Chile, USA, and Holland. He has also served at the regional level as Consultant in Human Resources in companies such as McDonalds, Pfizer, Coca Cola, Banco Río and others, advising on issues relating to organizational change, human resources and talent management.
Dr Hatum has published widely in international journals covering topics of his expertise and writes a weekly column in the La Nación newspaper.
