The Data Revolution

  • Zoom and/or in person Circulo de Gendarmería Paraguay 970 Argentina (map)

Below is the recording of the presentation:

Our April guest speaker, Nicolás Zeitlin, an experienced software engineer, will share his vision of the coming data revolution.

In his words, “The second half of the 20th century was shaped by the introduction of the computer and, later, the internet. From the first mainframe computers – as big as rooms – to the introduction of smartphones and tablets, it can often feel like a whirlwind. But other than the fact that computers are getting faster and smaller, I believe the industry hasn't changed significantly until now. We are about to experience the Data Revolution, a turning point in our relationship with technology and the beginning of entire new industries and applications. Join me in this talk so I can share my vision – with its hopes and fears – of how technology will shape the 21st century.”
